Bad Customers Service - Consumer Complaint for MAKRO - Head Office

I've been dealing with Ashleigh Panday from Makro Care with the issue i have for the last three weeks. I've requested them to call me numerous of times but no one has called me. They mailing me then responding 4 days later. Seems like some one is not doing their job properly. This is unethical behaviour from Makro

I will escalate this with the Ombudsman.
