I've paid the new installation upfront fee on the day they sent me the payment details. Still, to this day, 10/20/2020, no update whatsoever. Their CS doesnt even exist. CS doesn't reply to my concerns at all. Their mobile app is a wack getting delayed and whatsoever. Practically, everything is shitty up to this point. Oh, by the way, they tend to close tickets for feedbacks they dont even acknowledge.
