072 782 5437. I have been passed from pillar to post with no service and all the customer service consultants tells me different things. I even took Friday and Monday off to resolve the issue but clearly it hasn't. I told the last service consultant I spoke to that he must get the manager to call me. Not holding thumbs. Even the emails i have sent i did not get any feedback yet the sms states my query has been closed....wow.
