Cellphone not reading sim card - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I bought alcatel tablet on the 4th of april 2021,I made a simswap because the sim card was too old not fitting on the phone,I waited for 3 hours,now the phone is off line stating if the sim no sim,I approached the manager at pep riverside view, the manager is so rude,didnt take me serious telling me that there is nothing wrong with the phone,as a customer am not happy her customer service,the manner she approached me it's not satisfactory am even asking myself that how did she get the position?She undermined me am thinking taking the matter to my lawyers.to handle the matter,I just need a refund or exchange of cellphone.its my personal number also business,am losing clients because of this device.
