Hi,

I already paid the amount of 1500Php last july 14,2020 and already received a text confirmation that i already paid the installation amount but after several days and weeks passed my online application is still Awaiting payment.I tried to email m concern and already generate a ticket for this matters but still i did not hear any response and still my account is awaiting payment.
