I've already settled my bill last september 2! IT DIDNT APPEAR ON YOUR SYSTEM! AND I JUST CHECKED EARLIER THAT SOME OF MY PAYMENTS WERE NOT DEDUCTED ON MY MONTHLY BILLS! Now, I have a huge remaining balance. I thought that it maybe a glitch on your system and it will be okay in the next few months but nothing changes. My bills piled up and now I don't have any internet connection because your system thinks I have an overdue balance. When are you planning to check on my account and reconnect our line?
