I requested for a package to be delivered in Taguig, as to limit outside exposure. The package was only coming from Makati. It was shipped on June 24, 2020. But come June 25, 2020 and there was a Delivery Failure! Not one single text or call was received in my mobile number regarding such delivery.
I followed-up with the sender regarding this, and they said that LBC will try to redeliver. Lo and behold, no delivery still until now. And there's this message in the tracking page where it says "Shipment is with a concern. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." I tried their hotline 8858-5999, and it has "circuits are busy". I tried FB Messenger, and there was just the chatbot and no human response. I emailed them through custom***@lbcexpress.com, and no answer!
Sadly, this was my own fault, as I recommended LBC because they do have a brqnch in the same address as mine, and was overconfident that they can deliver with no issues. I didn't factor out the pandemic in all of this, but at least some communication should've been available.
