Shakeys Supercard being told expired when not, extorting guests to.purchase new card not - Consumer Complaint for Shakeys

My mom, Vivian Sy, with tel # 82441868/82441869, is a regular guest of Shakeys, and more so at this time of pandemic. Last February 2020, she just got her SuperCard # 7777 7000 0348 7804. When she ordered again last April, she was told over the phone that her card is expired, which she argued that just bought 2 months ago and has been using it. But was brushed off by the customer service taker her order. So, she was forced to buy another one because she wanted food to be delivered. She got a new Supercard #7777 7000 0313 1515. Then, today, she wanted to order again, however, she encountered the same this, being told that her SuoerCard is expired??? How can this be? This will be the 3rd time she is told of having an expired card when it has been barely 2 months??? Our issue here is 1) we feel like : Is such a big company like Shakey's trying to extort clients to purchase the SuperCard before a purchase can be made? 2) there is even no proper checking of details over the phone before declaring it expired; 3) it is very inconvenient to make an order and being harassed like this; 4) we are demanding a refund on our 2nd card; 5) and an apology on the unprofessional treatment given to my mom over the phone.
This has upset her that is why I am demanding all these. My mom is a senior citizen and are your regular guests over the years and they deserve to be treated better, with respect and professionalism.
