I'm not getting my refund - Consumer Complaint for FoodPanda - Head Office

I ordered on 30 October 2020 and my order arrived incomplete. My order codenis q9ak-f486. I filed comolaint at your helpdesk and I was told to wait 7-10 business days. I followed up after 10 days and sent my banking details. I was told again to wait 7 business days. On 23 November I was told my complaint has already been escalates and my refund will be done after another 7 business days. Today is 02 December and i still dont have my refund. I m filing a complaint under consumer welfare act.
