Refunding money - Consumer Complaint for Chandarana Supermarkets Ltd - Head Office

Myself Subrahmanya Bhat.
Sub; Refunding Money

I visited in chandrana two river mall on 28/10/2018 and my purchased billing time is 8.00 pm.
My total bill was 3684 Ksh. I paid thru my DTB Card and that amount has been deducted from my account at the same time I got an SMS . but the slip hasn’t come out form your ET machine. So they attended cashier GEOFFERY KUMENDA MOMANYI {store:012 } said you pay it by cash and when the amount we received in our account we revert back to. in your same account.

Now for this story is still going on how long I wait for my money. now am totally frustrated how am going to be assisted whom I will complaint about it. whenever I call them they were saying we are working on your Case need my money back.

Please Advise me.
