Return to the seller - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

My parcel was returned to the seller without me knowing it and without the rider delivering it to my address. He's name was x-niel ornedo. The rider called me and I wasn't able to respond to the call because I was on duty that time. He already processed the RTS without informing me.
