I am PG aling puring member of san pedro laguna branch for more than 10 years now. Weekly Ang transaction ko for COD. May concern is yong pag redeemed ng points since pandemic ngayon mahirap magbyahe at malayo place namin at iwas narin sa crowded place. Sinabihan ko yong agent d2 na magredeemed ako same as before na ibabawas nalng sa cod ko. Sabi ng agent need ng bumaba sa store at don magredeem kc yon Ang instruction ng manager nila. Kung kelan pandemic saka kami pababain ng store Samantalang ilang years ng filled up form lng gagamitin at pwede ng magredeem ed at no need ng bumaba sa store. I hope you will consider our situation since nasa pandemic pa tayo..pls.call the attention of this incompetent manager.thank you
