I phoned and emailed Planet Fitness 2.11.2020 to terminate my contract and the I will not be on a month to month contract. I received numerous calls demanding a payment whereas I didn’t owe any and I did advise that I will not be taking up the month to month also. Agent that contacted me told me that I don’t have to pay any fee within the 3 months while taking the time to reconsider on taking the contract. I feel that I am not treated fairly since and to my surprise I have been handed over. And when I was called by a different agent, she also picked up on the system that Planet Fitness is owning me money and they never reimbursed me till now.
