FIBRE RELOCATION - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeI queried my fibre as we have moved since the 31st August 2020. I completed the relocation form and submitted same. To date nobody at Vodacom can help me. I am paying for fibre I am not getting any use of, as it is not relocated yet??? ITS been more than 31 days and you still have it on your system as a cancellation. I am SICK AND TIRED THAT YOU TAKE OUR MONEY BUT FAIL TO DELIVER A PROPER SERVICE.
