I want my Refund. I keep waiting for 2months. Converge Service is Trash and I can't call converge as a Company because all of they're doing is bullshit. I swear to God I'll file a case against Converge, specially "Fraud."

Comment Same situation here...converge asked for payment upon filing of appli. And found out that our area is not serviceable...and until now no refund has been made since July 2020
