Frozen Membership yet they still want to charge me 50% - Consumer Complaint for PLANET FITNESS - HEAD OFFICE

How can you charge me 50% of my gym membership fees if i freeze my membership due to the covid pandemic.i am not enetering or using your facilities. On the website prior to the opening of gyms you do not stipulate this. Utter robbery. I have phoned in to your call centers and am looking at all avenues to report this behavior to the ombudsman
