DEAR LBC management,
I am your regular customer I used to receive Items through your courier and I ship more parcel monthly, my problem is your Website LBC Track & Trace was not updated, and the shipping takes soo long, it's my 1st time happens that I went to your branch last 19sept afternoon but in my receipt written Sept 21.2020, I need to know where those packages now? bec' I really feel disappointed. 181379072302
