No action for fallen post and cables since typhoon Ulysses - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I would like to file a complaint with our internet service provider (ISP), Converge ICT. Since the typhoon Ulysses, our internet is still down and their post is still lying on the ground and their cables are just right in front of our gate which poses a serious threat and harm to any of our family members. We have made several contacts with them and we were bounced around and no concrete solution was offered and given to us. All are empty promises. Some of our neighbors have internet already and we, the most affected by the chaos brought by "Ulysses" are still suffering from no help at all.
