Prolonged processing of Death Claim - Consumer Complaint for Eternal Plans Incorporated - Head Office



My mom died last January 25, 2019. Eventually,I passed the necessary requirements for her death claim for whom I am her beneficiary. It's been a year and more but still were always asked to do follow ups.Now, we are experiencing a pandemic, we do understand that many business establishments do close because of this. But now Manila is under GCQ and we are hoping at least there's someone that we can address our issues concerning our claims. Please do something about these , I read a lot of complaints about your services.
