problem with new fridges water dispenser - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

My mother bought a new fridgefreezer at your Vishoek branch. She bought and paid cash on Friday 23 October 2020. On Saterday when we filled the water dispenser we discovered a hole in it causing the water to leak. We immeadiately contacted the store they assured us that someone would come Monday the 26 October 2020, nobody came. Some man contacted my mother assuring her that they would come on the 28 October, it is now the 29 and we are tied of listening to excuses from the store. Please advise us what to do now.
