I've been trying to reach your agents/supports but no one even replied. It took you more than 3 weeks to deliver my package. When I received it, there's a defect. It was a laptop. You know it was fragile and you didn't handle it well. Late delivery, product damaged, unresponsive agents. DISAPPOINTING
