Cell phone return - Consumer Complaint for MAKRO - Head Office

I was at your strubensvalley store yesterday afternoon where I bought my Samsung A11 cell phone. The service and attitude of your staff at the returns office was absolutely disgusting and I can assure you I will be going on social media to expose this disgusting service I recieved at your store and I will definitely not be purchasing anything there again
