Applied around June 2020, passed all requirements and checks that they will be able to install internet at my home. paid the PhP4000 requirement and waited.

After a long wait, the installer finally arrived, only to tell me they don't have a way to install at my placed. To my frustration, I already requested for a refund because they can't do anything anymore. The moment the installer left, I called converge right away (it takes around 40mins to an hour in queue for someone to get to talk to on their customer help desk). They said it might take 1-2 weeks to process the refund. I waited for 2 weeks, followed up countless times every 2 days after that. All they can say is that they will FOLLOWUP and ESCALATE the issue to the billing dept. It's tiring, frustrating, and a total waste of time getting these canned responses and no action at all. I understand the volume of requests but this is beyond acceptable already. Their Facebook page is flooded with complaints, no answers on direct messages. Need I say more? I'm pretty sure a number of customers are feeling the same sentiments. If I had money to spend I'd go directly to the top and sue their asses. For a freaking measly 4k installment refund.
