Wrong pick up destination - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

My package was not sent to the nearest LBC branch. My package has a complete address: Brgy. Sindalan, San Fernando, Pampanga. How come they sent it to SAN MATIAS?! This is not my first time to pick up my item, and again, my package has an address. So they have to send the item to the nearest branch, not to the branch they want! I cannot pick up my package because SAN MATIAS is far from us. I hope you will give attention to this matter. Thank you.
