I applied for your fiber X 25mbs plan and I also paid for the installation fee. Yesterday your employee came to our house and told me that they can't install the wifi because there's no nearby pole but it is not and my box is in Taguig City. Why did you put my box in Taguig City? And they suggested for me to write a waiver and pay for the extra meter so they can install my wifi. Why do I need to pay another 2000 pesos to install my wifi?
