Service delivery - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I live in Malvern, Durban. There are 2 pharmacys in my area. The clicks store/pharmacy at the Pick n Pay centre and the one at the Malvern Medicross.

Both pharmacys when you try calling them, they do not answer their phones at all. The one at the Medicross always don't have stock of medication.

On Wednesday, 27/01/2021 after seeing a doctor at the clinic I went to the pharmacy which is inside the clinic. I handed in a script the doctor had given me. There were 2 important medication they did not have. I was told they would get it the next day. The next day came and went with my not receiving any call from them. Today Friday, 29/01/2021 I tried calling them on 2 different members and no one answers the phone. I had to phone Medicross and asked 1 of the sisters to give them my phone no and to get them to call me. That was 15 minutes ago. I have completed this letter of com and they still haven't called me. This is not the first time this has happened.

Looks like I have to take my business to another pharmacy.
