I have applied for internet connection last April and was advised that there is no available port to this date. I have followed this up with the third party agent and was advised to visit the main office so we can personally request the company to build additional post. We need you to add additional post in the area pls. Here is my pending application details. SS-04-809418

I have applied for internet connection last may 30
paid june 09 already 1 month. and still my status is applicatiin awaiting payment

Hi Sir, did you go to their office as advised? I, too, would want to personally visit their office for a compliant but am hesitant because maybe they would not entertain walk-in customers.
