I have followed this up with the third party agent and was advised to visit the main office so we can personally request the company to build additional post. I have applied for internet connection last may 30
paid june 09 already 1 month. and still my status is applicatiin awaiting payment

Hi Sir, did you go to their office as advised? I, too, would want to personally visit their office for a compliant but am hesitant because maybe they would not entertain walk-in customers.
