Hi! I have applied and paid Php 4000 for initial deposit last Dec 28, 2019. Been calling and asking for an update since then. It was only last June 9, 2020 when they installed a router. Then again, they told us to wait for the connection to be activated. Been trying to call for an update on activation but all lines are busy. I'd like to file for cancellation but lo and behold, their lines are still busy as of the moment.
