oh. ganyan pala talaga courier service nila kahit saan lugar. i experienced the same thing. its supposed to be door to door delivery. first attempt, di dineliver kasi consignee unknown daw. tinanong daw nila sa certain Reyes Family. e bakit sila mgrerely lang sa info nun e may complete name and address, contact number naman. saka deliverable naman area namin. and sinabi nila na di raw ako macontact..walang text or tawag ako nareceive. then sa 2nd attempt ng delivery nagfollowup ako, wait ko raw til 7pm ang delivery. bandang 5pm upon checking sa tracking, Lo and behold, iniwan sya sa Branch at for pickup na. ni walang tawag or text yun. basta basta na lang. napakairresponsible! and what’s worse e hindi sila apologetic sa kapalpakan nila. lagi sinasabi, hindi nila alam bkit nagingn for pickup, sa delivery hubdaw yun. hello you represent the same LBC. dapat mgcoordinate kyo sa isat isa. hindi yung customer/client pgaadjustin nyo LBC. kung ayaw nyo na mgcourier service e magsara na lang dapat.
