LBC - Head OfficeI tracked my parcel april 28 2021 at says claimed but i never received the parcel. How it happened, i never received a call or txt from LBC. So where is may parcel? O called CS few times already but always saying fpr investigation. As i said i did not receieve the parcel...tracking no. 1171318090

My parcel was claimed on the website track n trace but the receiver did not receive the parcel..it was my husbands medications..173435444075

Comment Same issue. The system says thay my parcel was claimed but i haven't received it. Employees of LBC are unapproachable as well. Tf. I'm helpless.
