Payment of my COP - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I sent a COP on la union the product was pick up and paid at your LBC branch last dec 16..but until now i havent receive any messages tp your office that i can collect the payment.. Almost 12 days since may client pick up and paid it on your center. Can you please make an action on this issue please.. My business was pending because of your delay remitting my payment collection
