Delivery delay - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I have contacted your help desk on several occasions with regards to the time it as taken to deliver a LBC box from the UK to my address in Bohol, so far it as taken in excess of 100 days, the box is now showing in on your official track &trace site as being in Cebu it as been there since the 8th December 2020, I have sent several emails to your help desk the last one on the 13th December 2020 requesting an update on when it will be with your Delivery team in Tagbilaran city Bohol and they have failed to respond as they did with the previous email.

I understand that due to Covid 19 there are some delays but I have been using you for over ten years and your average time to reach me here in Bohol is eight weeks? The box was collected on the 2nd September 2020 in the UK and still not arrived here at my address in Lila Bohol, There are plenty of ferries operating from Cebu to Tag city Bohol fast ferries only two hours by sea, and Lite shipping fives hours by sea, This box as all the Xmas presents for family and their children, from the beginning of September till now is not acceptable, and for your help desk failing to respond to my enquiry of when it will be here in Bohol is not what I expect from LBC and no way to treat a long term customer.

Please respond to this complaint and advise me of when I will be getting delivery of my LBC box? as i don't want to have to explain to children and family why they do not have any Xmas presents?

Please note: I am willing to pick up the box from your depot in Tag city.
