Faulty washing machine - Consumer Complaint for MAKRO - Head Office

MAKRO - Head OfficeGood day, I bought a washing machine in end November 2019, this washing machine has now started giving me problems on Wednesday 28 October, I came in store at Pmb makro, amd informed then, I was told I would get a call from technical to come look at it within 48hrs it's now Sunday 01 November and have had no contact from anyone. This is totally unacceptable.
