hi,i have been a DSTV subscriber for more than 20 years and never experienced poor service than now. I changed to Price lock in July 2019 and have been debited for 2 separate contracts ever since I tried to contact Price lock to no avail. firstly there is no direct contact numbers for price lock and you have the call the DSTV customer care call centre and those guys are clueless. I must have called more than 10 times and all they tell me is that they have to escalate my issue to price lock and I don't hear from them. how can Multichoice being a multinational company not have contact details for their price lock department? iam through with DSTV and would not be going back to them after my issue is resolved.
