No action on follow ups - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

We filed our application on line last November 30, 2020 and we paid the connection fee. During our first follow up, the status revealed that the application is on hold status, and the operator told us that we gave the wrong installation address. I gave the correct address, but everytime I call, same issue is raised (wrong address). When will this be resolved?
