Cargo boxes missing no updates - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

We sent 4 boxes in LBC Warehouse in Hayward , Ca ... The 2 boxes was already received by respective consignees , but the other 2 boxes is no where to be found ... Online system update said it was transferred to the port , but that was more than a month ago and until now no update yet on the cargo package that we sent and customer service said we cannot find the where about of the boxes ... Very much disappointed , kindly help us locate the boxes please ...
