We are here in Trinoma and one seem to be old lady personnel in LBC help us to remit our money. I am encashing the money using remitly. The old lady personnel told us to wait until 7pm due the remittance offline. We are in a hurry and we have priorities too. Making us wait until we get our money is crucial. Dont what tikeframe will it be online. Beside the old lady personnel told us that there is nothing we can do but wait because the remittance reference already added in the system. Please help us do something about this lady who is rude and vert arrogant and sad part is she dont care about if we are waiting or not.
