Hi , I already reported yesterday my concern regarding our internet connection . We already paid our bill but yesterday morning , we have lost our connection and the LOS was in red blinking light. I contacted your landline number several times but it always says that your number was busy. I also sent an email to your service desk but they only keep sending me different ticket numbers but 'till now, no response or immediate actions was taken !
