OVER 1 MONTH WAITING FOR INSTALLATION - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

We've been waiting for our installation for over a month now and we are calling your customer service every other day! We are also contacting the agent that we talked to to process the application but of course we know that they are only agents just like us working in this house and can't do anything for the installation but to follow up. To be honest, we are very tired and frustrated to wait and call and just tell us that they will follow up our request, this is very unprofessional work of your company! Imagine the struggle that we are having to work from home and it also affects the studies of the children here. If you are not going to fix this within this WEEK! I am sending this complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I will contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and I will forward this email to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). It's funny how you messaged directly to "Ms. Liza Soberano", and processed the installation of our neighbor who's a "Teacher" and just took 2 weeks, obviously this is about connections and all.
