san jose gusu LBC branch does not provide a hotline nor do they answer the phone number given. service is to slow. people are cramped up inside the establishment. it’s bad enough the shipping took more than 2 weeks. now, we have to suffer standing in line. the place looks so disorganized and undermanned. this place needs to improve in customer service.
