Poor After Sales Service - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I'm writing to you cause I think your after sales service is Pathetic. I went in with a complaint to your west street branch and the lady said that she could not find the person who was in charge of complaints but will get him to call me. Nothing of that sort happened. I went in again in 2 weeks and they were supposed to fetch my lounge suite. Nothing happened. I went in again after another 3 weeks made a noise and only then did they fetch my 3 seater leather suite. They had it for 7 weeks now and I had no response as yet from anyone in your store about my Suite. I went in on Saturday and the guy "Siya" said that they delivered the wrong one and now he is waiting for the right one and he will call me on Monday. I know for a fact that this will never happen. I have a good mind to take the remaining pieces and leave it in west street right outside the store and demand a refund
Get your darn act together before I shame your company on social media.
