We paid already to get service but until now we don't have update. We decided not continue and just wanted to get a refund since my relatives told me that service is bad and so do customer service. I experience bad customer service been waiting for update or response for 3 weeks no once seems to care. We juat like to get a refund. Seriously thinking to take legal actions and would post this as well to social media to encourage people to file complaint as well if this is not resolve. It's so frustrating.
