Absolutely unhelpful incompetent staff - Consumer Complaint for NEDBANK ( GLEN ACRES )

On Monday, 14 September I used one of the NEDBANK ATMs in Gateway Mall. I withdrew R600. As I took out my card (Huawei incentive card), The money went back into the ATM.Teller Bernie logged the query. She is an absolutely unhelpful incompetent teller. I had no communication from the branch and after calling the service center they advised,all the branch was supposed to do was check if the ATM had overage and return my money. I've called the bank on numerous occasions and Bernice refuses to take my call including the managers. To date, NO EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE FROM NEDBANK GATEWAY.
