I went to Pep on the 1st of October 2020 to buy a Dstv decoder.It was installed and when I called multichoice to activate my decor and they found out that it's in someone's name not mine. I returned it and and they said it's not their issue. I only want an exchange and Ferndale pep doesn't want to help. Very poor service and rude managers from both Pep. Im disappointed but I want my money back or a new decoder either way. Only one day and I can't be help by Pep yet they took my money. This is pure fraud

I Bought a J4 core phone around June this year it had a problem of switching off on it own took it back they fixed it but wen it's off it screenshot n wen someone call it vibrate but the screen will be off .I asked them if this problem persist wat will they do the lady helping me said she doesn't know ,it will be ok .my phone just fainted it will be ok .. It Got fixed and started a funny sound on the speaker .it didn't last for a month it could faint like they said and be on the next day this happened more than twice took it back to pep told them and l asked if they can give me a new phone or can l atleast change to another fone they refused .They told me to wait until it have a problem for the 3rd time like really .. I'm tired of asking for a day off at wrk just to go to Pep ... l would be grateful if l get my money back ..
