Ticket #002895577 pending since August 2020 for the refund of our overpayment due to incorrect account number that Converge texted us to use to pay our bill.

They threatened that if we dont pay the bill with another account number, they will cutoff our internet. So we payed it again.

We requested for a refund and provided the necessary documents. Today is April 2021 already but until now the status is stll "In process".

The customer support deleted my explanation about this matter in their customer support FB page and asked me to send it in a private message only. But doing that they will just send you auto replies, or direct you to a chatbot or send you copy/paste messages of customer supports to tell you that the ticket is in process. So far, they are very consistent to unresolve this ticket.
