Failed to process domestic parcel - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

LBC - Head OfficeThe transaction date is last August 12, and yet when I check the status of my ite. It's still in the brach where i processed it. Particulary in Grandmall Lilian LBC. It was suppose to be delivred in DasmariƱas Manila. But they don't eben touch it. The receiver is waiting but the did not even process it. Please take action for this. My receiver is exoecting 5-7 days.Today is the 4th day. Pleas le process it already.
