Delayed delivery even the item is already received at the nearest hub - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

Hi! Would like to complain a delayed delivery for my parcel (gadget) that was shipped last Sept.12. Then, another problem encountered was that the item is misrouted and it arrived at upper Laguna delivery team last Sept. 21, so it took 9 days just to ship the item to the hub nearest to me. Just an fyi, I have another parcel (cosmetics) that arrived at that hub on the same day (sept.21) and was delivered on the next day. And until today (sept. 25), the item is still not delivered.
