Unhappy with goods - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

We purchased the Europe Lounge Suite from Bradlows in Chatsworth , Durban in October 2019. Since then we have had endless problems. We had to return the lounge suite three times for repairs , i.e. the sofas were sinking in , the stitches were not neat after the repairs and there was a thumping sound on the arm of the single seater. Now this is the final straw as we noticed that the leather is peeling off. We complained to the store and also asked for the customer service no. for us to call as the sales person is incompetent. We had to call and enquire with her for feedback when our lounge suite was previously sent for repairs. And every time the Manager of the Store is not in. A week has gone by with no feedback from the store or customer service.We were given e ref. no. and told that they will contact us . We want a refund to purchase a lounge suite elsewhere or Bradlows must allow us to choose a totally new lounge suite. The Europe Lounge Suite has given us endless problems ( its bad luck , it had too many faults ) and if the leather- look can peel off with-in one year's time , imagine what condition it will be in another year's time . l always thought Bradlows to be a reputable store with good quality furniture but l was mistaken. We have purchased from other furniture stores but never had such problems. l most definately will not purchase from Bradlows again once this problem has been resolved .
