Not delivering item to client - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

I just want to report one of your rider joven bonyog because he set a meet up place then he wants me to go there to pick up the item the reason why we choose online shopping because i can't go outside your rider doesn't do his job properly thrice.
