I was treated very rudely by consultant named Ulrich in Capegate mall Vodacom - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I submitted a complaint regarding the rude service i received from Ulrich at the Vodashop in Capegate ....I have since found out he is the manager at that branch (Ulrich Prins.)Im utterly disgusted in his behaviour and that he is allowed to adress a client in that manner,and to learn that he is the manager is even more disturbing. This all happend on womans day to top it all off.My complaint was submitted the same day and im awaiting feedback from your client services mamanger.
